UK Space Conference

July 16th, 2025

GVL was pleased to contribute to the UK Space Conference 2025, where our Operations Director, Mona Bhatia, spoke on the panel “From Orbit to Insights: How Satellite Data is Transforming End User Applications.”

The session focused on the practical impact of satellite data across sectors including agriculture, infrastructure, logistics, climate monitoring, and emergency response. Mona shared GVL’s approach to transforming complex geospatial data into actionable insights, drawing on recent work such as the CORE project.

As one of the UK’s leading geospatial events, it provided a dynamic platform for exploring the latest advancements in surveying, GIS, LiDAR, and reality capture technologies.
